ECI offers advanced automated winding capabilities in a dedicated R&D lab to produce tightly controlled, self-supporting air coils for high-performance applications. Our state-of-the-art equipment supports wire sizes from #24 to #15 AWG and coil I.D. ranges from 0.040" to 0.315", with both clockwise and counter-clockwise winding options. Whether close-wound or space-wound, coils can be manufactured up to 0.905" in overall length — all with exceptional coplanarity and very tight, consistent winding. Integrated trim, tinning, and cutting automation streamlines production and delivers highly repeatable, spec-driven results.
